ATTENTION UNITED STATES SHOPPERS: Due to the United States administration's suspension of the duty-free "de minimus" threshold for all countries, including Canada, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border effective August 29, 2025. This change is mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324 and applies to all shipments from Canada. Beautiful choker necklace and earrings set. Likely made by IGMA Artisan Lynn O'Shaughnessy. Emerald green Swarovski crystals and diamond crystals. The wire is gold filled and hand twisted. Intricately crafted. Vintage item acquired from an estate. In perfect condition. Choker is 3/8' wide x 1/2" long. Earrings are 3/16" long.
