Refund policy
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. If the item is faulty, defective or damaged during shipment or if you received an incorrect item as a result of our error, you may receive a replacement or refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless faulty or our order error), which will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund (if applicable) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes the financial institution applicable to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. Paints, pigments, varnishes, and primers may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the incorrect item was shipped through our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
