I have been busy drywalling workshop, however I recently received my printed copy of Joe Fugate's ( publisher of Model Railroad Hobbyist - a free online magazine ) which is titled "Guide to acrylic painting ... in a post-Floquil world". I previously purchased an electronic copy, but wanted to cofirm the colours in the printed copy. VMA 71.003 which matches Southern Pacific RR Scarlet in Floquil oil base paints is mixed in a 1 : 1 RATIO VMA 71.102 Red to get the Caboose Red that I want to use for my Reading RR caboose project. I have not airbrushed for a number of years an also need to get used to using a dual action brush as I previousely used an old Badger single action airbrush. I will let you know how the project goes in March or April as I have some more work on changes to the 3R O Scale Lionel caboose that is the basis of the project. Yours truly Doug
