INTRODUCTION TO WORKING WITH UV RESIN
Instructor: Liz Dieleman, owner of Grandpa’s Doll House in St. Thomas, Ontario. Liz is a talented miniaturist who draws on years of experience to create a world of different miniatures.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use UV resin with miniatures and will create the following:
- Dish pan with water, dirty dishes, dish rag and an introduction to NEW, easy to use, very realistic looking bubbles!
- Pitcher of holiday punch showing you how to create multi-coloured resin.
- A festive drink introducing you to resin in small spaces and drinking straws.
Included with this workshop are the following items, which have a retail value of approximately $20:
- 25G of UV resin (more than enough for the workshop)
- wash bowl
- rag
- 3 glasses
- 2 plates
- 1 pitcher
- lemon slices
- 2 straws
If you wish to purchase larger quantities of UV resin, more will be available. Resin dyes will also be available for sale.
There will be time to play with the product with Liz present to assist with any questions you may have. Please bring any small items such as glasses, etc. that you would like to fill.
