IMPORTANT: This workshop will take place in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. Exact location will be provided to participants.
If you have ever dreamed of having a cozy gazebo made from recycled materials in the backyard, this workshop is a way to make that dream come true in miniature!
We will build a 1/12 scale summer time gazebo using doors and a window as the walls. A corrugated roof and wooden floor sit atop a foam base that can be customized to your liking. Choose your own paint colours and decorate the space however you like. Make it a quiet hide-a-way, a gardening workspace, family gathering spot or whatever else you can imagine.
The doors and window will be sent to you prior to the workshop so you can apply the first coat of paint and save some time on the day of the workshop.
The kit includes all of the components for the structure - base, flooring, doors, window panel, ceiling and roof. Also included are three different door handles, one pair of hinges and two coat hooks. And finally, a Chrysnbon cane seat chair kit.
Gazebo base is approximately 10" x 5" and the whole thing is about 7" tall.
A suggested tool list will be sent to participants after registration.
